Growing up in Eastern Washington, I always knew I wanted to build a life rooted in impact, leadership, and high achievement. That drive earned me a full-ride scholarship to the University of Washington, where I studied pre-med and earned my degree in Social Welfare.

During college, I served as President of the Minority Association of Pre-Health Students — leading healthcare workshops, organizing regional and national conferences, and creating pipeline programs that helped students navigate paths into medicine and healthcare careers.

Today, I bring together decades of healthcare leadership, operations management, and business strategy to help healthcare offices grow with intention. I also serve as a Business Executive with The Bloom Metric — coaching and mentoring healthcare professionals to scale their businesses and build lives with freedom and purpose.
